Ingredients
Red potatoes (quartered, skins on)
¼ pound (1 stick) of Butter
½ to ¾ cup of Whole milk
½ cup Parmesan cheese (fresh, grated)
½ tsp Spike
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil potatoes until “fork” soft
Drain, return potatoes to pan
Add milk and butter
Mash with hand masher
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
Add additional milk or butter if necessary (to taste)
Mix/whip with electric blender
