Ingredients
1 ½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
¼ cup sour cream
2 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp Tabasco (to taste)
5 oz Roquefort, crumbled coarse (about 1 cup)
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Mix everything BUT the Roquefort in a bowl.
Whisk until smooth
Stir in Roquefort (you might need to mash it a bit)
Salt and pepper to taste
