Ingredients
1 lb cooked shrimp (or uncooked then steam)
2 Celery sticks (and leaves) chopped
¼ cup of ketchup
¼ cup of hot sauce (like Tabasco, Louisiana… or the one with the chicken on the label)
Zest from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lemon
Fresh ground black pepper
Chopped parsley (to garnish)
Instructions
Steam shrimp to cook (leave it a little underdone)
Add the rest of the ingredients
Garnish with chopped parsley
