Ingredients
Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
Feta cheese
Shredded Cheddar/Jack mix cheese (any cheese is good)
Spike
Instructions
Wear rubber gloves or your hands will be toxic!!
Cut peppers into 2 (lengthwise)
Scrape out insides of peppers (the ribs are the hot part)
Firmly pack each side with Feta cheese
Top with shredded cheese mixture
Place on cookie sheet (lined with foil makes cleanup a breeze)
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
